Don't I look great for 50+?? I wish!!! Ha! Meet Autumn Calabrese, my virtual trainer for the last 5 months!!!! I don't know about you but in the past I have been so inconsistent with working out and eating healthy. I would do great for a while then I would lose my motivation after a few days. I can usually follow a healthy eating plan without any trouble, but my fitness routine suffered because I just wasn't sure I could work out on a regular basis with weights. I thought I was TOO OLD! Boy was I wrong. Then I made a shift, a change, a lifestyle change! Boom! My lovely daughter Lindsey started the program last spring. I mean totally! She soon became a coach and now leads online fitness accountability groups for women! I started back in May and not only lost inches and weight but made working out a priority! I work out 30 minutes a day. THIRTY MINUTES! People, we can do almost ANYTHING for thirty minutes can't we? Guess what? I have not missed ONE SINGLE DAY of workouts since I started! It is now a lifestyle and a priority in my daily life! Also, the 21 Day Fix eating plan uses portion controlled containers paired with Shakeology! So user-friendly and easy to follow. The workouts can be purchased on DVD and can also be streamed. I stream my workouts when I travel so workouts can be done ANYWHERE!!! Even on vacation! WHAT? Yes I said VACATION! I worked out all of the place this last summer!
